Zach Bair - CEO & Chairman

Zach Bair is CEO of VNUE. He took over as CEO in 2016, when he realized the opportunity to bring technologies, investors and partners into the VNUE entity, to make things better for musicians and their art. Zach has an extensive background in music and technology serving at the C level. Previously he founded two other companies, one which sold to Mark Cuban (Immediatek), and another that sold to EMC Corp (Voyence). Zach holds multiple technology patents. He is a practicing musician and recording artist, having been active for over *secret number* years.

Lou Mann - EVP & Board Member

Lou is VNUE’s Executive Vice President and serves on the board of directors. He is also CEO of StageIt, which VNUE acquired in 2022. Lou has over 40 years in the music and record business, notably serving as GM and EVP of Capitol Records, and after that, as President of House of Blues Media Properties (LiveNation). Throughout Lou’s extensive career, he also worked at MCA/Universal Records, and Arista Records, focusing on marketing and distribution. He has worked with artists such as Paul McCartney, Frank Sinatra, Bonnie Raitt, Foo Fighters, Radiohead, Meredith Brooks, and many other developing artists.

Tony “Montana” Cardenas - CCO & Board Member

Tony began his music career as the bassist and co-writer for multi-platinum selling, and Grammy nominated Capitol Records recording artist Great White from 1987-1992. Tony has gone on to a successful career not only in music, but also as a hi-tech entrepreneur. He co-founded the precedent-setting business DiskFaktory.com, an Inc. 500 “Fastest Growing Company” in 2005, which generated over $13M in revenues, and is still active today. He has been profiled for his tech career in Entrepreneur Magazine, Yahoo News, and MSNBC.

 

Jeff Zakim - SVP Artists, Partners and Content

Jeff is VNUEs Senior Vice President of Partners and Content. A longtime music industry veteran, Jeff has worked for companies like EMI Music Group and Blue Note Records, where he was in charge of all things digital; as well as other music companies such as Razor and Tie. Full bio coming soon.

Jock Weaver - Special Advisor to CEO

Jock Weaver is a well-known music executive and entrepreneur, serving as a special advisor to CEO Zach Bair. He is also a significant shareholder in VNUE. Jock is best known for being president of Hard Rock Café International and grew that company from a small London business to over 12 locations in just 36 months and took the company pubic on two stock exchanges. Jock then founded and operated TBA Entertainment, one of the nation’s largest live event companies, before eventually selling it to a group including Whitney Capital. Jock brings a wealth of financial and transaction experience to VNUE, and was closely involved with VNUE’s acquisition of StageIt.
